Who we are

Information we collect

• Demo form: name, company, phone number, and your consent to be contacted.
• Client onboarding form: name, email, phone number, and consent.
• Technical metadata: page URL, timestamp, browser user-agent, and IP address (used for spam control and lead context).
• Campaign attribution: UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), and Meta Click ID (fbclid) when you arrive from an ad.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to demo and onboarding requests, send WhatsApp or email follow-ups you asked for, measure which campaigns brought you to the site, and keep the forms from being abused.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

If you accept ads cookies, we load Google tags (Google Ads AW-18398828316) and, when configured, the Meta Pixel. These help us measure visits, remarket to people who used the site, and record conversions such as a successful demo request. You can reject ads cookies and still use the site; essential cookies and the forms continue to work.

Google and Meta may process device identifiers and hashed contact details (enhanced conversions / advanced matching) after a successful form submit, only when ads cookies are accepted.

• Resend — transactional email for leads and onboarding acknowledgements.
• Supabase — optional storage of onboarding submissions.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — demo chat and optional template messages.
• Google Ads / Google Analytics and Meta Ads — measurement and advertising, if you consent.

Retention

Lead and onboarding records are kept as long as needed to complete your request and for ordinary business records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons). You can ask us to delete your enquiry data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including India's DPDP Act and South Africa's POPIA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Email info@hivon.in.

Children

This website is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had notice of the new policy.
