The website
Content is provided to explain Hivon Automations. We may change copy, pricing examples, or product descriptions without notice. Case studies and metrics describe customer deployments; results vary by industry, volume, and how you run operations.
Demos and WhatsApp
Submitting the demo form authorises us to contact you by phone, email, and WhatsApp about that request. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Hivon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Message and data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no submitting false identity details to abuse our forms, and no attempting to access other customers' data.
No warranty
The marketing site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Product warranties, SLAs, and fees are only those written in a signed order form or contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hivon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid services, liability is limited as stated in the commercial contract.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a later commercial contract says otherwise.
